Main Street Bridge

Main Street Bridge #2 carries County Route 9 over Idlewild Creek in the heart of Cornwall. Originally constructed in 1929, the bridge had exceeded its serviceable life. The replacement project includes full bridge reconstruction, pedestrian improvements, and utilized staged construction to allow continuous two-way traffic over the course of the build.
